Key Responsibilities
Manage and process monthly payroll accurately, including salaries, advances, overtime, allowances, and statutory/non-statutory deductions
Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, including CPF contributions, IR21 and IR8A tax filings, and applicable levies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records within the HR information system
Respond to payroll-related queries in a timely, professional, and service-oriented manner
Prepare payroll reports for management and finance, including payroll summaries and variance analysis
Liaise closely with the Finance team on salary disbursement, reconciliation, and reporting matters
Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and audit readiness for all payroll transactions
Administer employee benefits, including leave management, claims processing, and insurance matters
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including final salary computation and clearance procedures
Assist in HR administrative functions such as preparation of contracts, letters, meeting minutes, and maintenance of employee records
Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with local labour laws and regulations
Manage S Pass applications and renewals in accordance with MOM requirements
Process insurance claims, including Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) and Foreign Worker Medical Insurance (FWMI) claims
Provide support for general HR administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant payroll/HR experience (preferably in security or shift-based industry)
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of payroll processing (monthly & weekly cycles)
Familiar with Singapore statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, WICA, MOM regulations)
Experience handling high-volume and adhoc workforce payroll
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR/payroll systems (e.g., IREP or equivalent)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in security industry / manpower-intensive operations
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple payroll cycles
