Job Description:

• Develop professional and engaged relationship with other key service stakeholders

You will work closely with the Programmes and Services team to support and empower children with chronic illnesses and their families. Your primary focus will be assisting in the management and execution of LEAP (educational) and LINK (skills) programmes.

Core Responsibilities

• Programme Support: Assist staff-in-charge with the execution of academic-focused programs ranging from pre-school to secondary level, vocational training and skills programmes.
• Partnership Coordination: Support both regular and ad-hoc programmes in collaboration with corporate, institutional, and community partners.
• Volunteer Engagement: Liaise with volunteers to facilitate beneficiary engagement.
• Operational Support: Handle administrative and logistical duties within the Programmes & Services team as assigned by your supervisor.

Community Integration Responsibilities

• Assist the staff-in-charge in the planning, coordination, and execution of CRS’ annual signature events, as well as VIA (Values in Action) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives for beneficiaries and their families.
• Support the coordination and delivery of programmes with corporate, institutional, and community partners, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and seamless execution.

• Engage and coordinate volunteers to ensure smooth programme operations and meaningful interactions with beneficiaries.
• Liaise with beneficiaries’ families on programme participation and provide on-site operational support to ensure a safe and positive experience.
• Contribute proactively to additional projects and responsibilities within the team, as assigned by the supervisor.
