About the Role:

This job is a part of the Lease Administration functional area which focuses on providing real estate portfolio administration, database management, accounts payable and receivable, and audit services.

What You’ll Do:

• Compare and evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliation statements received. Verify the expenses charged to clients following lease clauses.
• Perform full-scope basic audits for lease administration clients. Request additional information and recommend action for additional audit and recovery.
• Prepare reports of findings and ensure accurate credits and appropriate charges are made and recorded.
• Assist with the preparation of CAM reconciliations for accuracy and adherence to business control standards and guidelines.
• Review contracts to properly identify fees. This includes sharing audit savings, travel reimbursements, etc.
• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of own work.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

About The Role

You will be reporting into the Advertising & Promotions with specific responsibilities for planning, preparing and organizing promotional activities to increase shopper traffic for the shopping mall.

What You’ll Do

* Plan and prepare A&P materials and activities to increase sales within the shopping mall, working with advertising agencies, media partners and tenants including the conceptualization, planning, creative co-ordination and implementation.

* Tenant liaison on A&P including soliciting Tenants’ feedback in respect of the A&P materials and activities.

* Liaison with contractors (on contracts, licenses, fees, negotiation, etc), ad agencies and design houses (monitor creative, copy and execution of the advertisements), printers, distribution vendors, authorities, statutory boards and other relevant parties.

* Source for sponsorships for promotions and events.

* Obtain all necessary approvals from the relevant authorities for licenses required in relation to the execution of the marketing communications project or ensure that the appointed third-party supplier obtains the necessary approvals of the authorities.

* Inspect layouts and advertising copy and edit scripts, audio and video tapes, and other promotional material for adherence to specifications.

* Handle requests and enquiries on the usage of the A&P spaces, etc. within the shopping mall.

* Manage and update content for digital and social media platform.

* Co-ordinate third part requests for filming and photography.

* Compile and keep current media reports / press clipping pertaining to the shopping mall.

* Handle customer relationship and ensure all enquiries and feedback are properly and timely managed.

* Conduct training and briefing of a team of customer service offers on the daily handling of tenants / public queries pertaining to the shopping mall, it’s A&P activities and events.

* Any other duties assigned to you by your supervisors / management from time to time.

What You’ll Need

* Bachelor's degree from Marketing/Advertisement and a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience and/or training. Prior specialty a&p experience in Retail properties will be preferred.

* Strong verbal and written communications skills.

* Good interpersonal skills to work with landlords, tenants and people at all levels.

* Good proficiency in MS office.
