Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of electrical technicians and contractors in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of supervisory electrical and maintenance experience, preferably in oil and gas, petrochemical or related industries
• Strong technical expertise in low and medium voltage electrical systems, power distribution, network communication systems, motors, Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) and security systems, earthing, lightning protection, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). Experience with Distributed Control System (DCS) is an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and update mechanical maintenance plans and schedules to ensure alignment with terminal standards, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, commissioning and replacement of mechanical equipment including Boil-off Gas (BOG) compressors, cryogenic pumps, marine loading arms, storage tanks and pressure vessels
• Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure safe and reliable mechanical work and improvement projects
• Review and analyse equipment performance to identify anomalies and recommend improvements to optimise equipment reliability and lifespan
• Prepare and maintain Preventive Maintenance (PM) checklists, Method Statements and Risk Assessments (MSRAs) as required.
• Monitor and achieve maintenance KPIs, including coaching and guidance of technicians
• Plan and manage manpower deployment for maintenance activities
• Support spare parts and warehouse management activities, including stock checks, critical spare reviews, purchase requisitions
• Provide scope of work, raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs), and participate in vendor evaluation for outsourced maintenance services or technical work
• Assist in budget forecasting, monitoring expenditures and manage approved budget
• Participate in emergency response procedures and be assigned to any specific roles and responsibilities for such purpose.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of mechanical and maintenance experience, including 3 years’ in supervisory capacity, preferably in oil and gas, petrochemical or related industries
• Must have Rotating equipment hands on experience, have experience managing technicians and managing maintenance budget, added advantage if have experience using SAP for maintenance scheduling
• Sound knowledge of local codes, regulatory standards, equipment inspection schedules and legislative compliance
• Hands-on experience in repair and maintenance of complex static and rotating equipment, reciprocating compressors and engines, piping and valves is essential
• Certifications in API standards, vibration analysis or related mechanical diagnostic techniques will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise maintenance activities and reliability improvement initiatives for electrical systems and equipment, particularly within the Gas Engine Generator (GEG) area
• Develop and implement reliability programs and preventive maintenance procedures to ensure consistent and efficient maintenance of electrical assets
• Plan and execute minor capital (CAPEX) electrical projects in accordance with company guidelines and engineering best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance or design within oil & gas, petrochemical, or power generation industries
• Must have Strong technical knowledge and practical experience with high-voltage electrical power systems
• Proficient in the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of high and low voltage electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers, protection relays
• Sound understanding of electrical system studies such as load flow, fault level analysis, arc flash, and protection coordination.

This position is responsible for establishing, reviewing and overseeing the relevant instrument & control design of newly build or modified equipment including implementation of minor instrument and control engineering projects, while ensuring the overall technical integrity of the terminal from the instrument & control (I&C) discipline perspective.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical expertise and support to the Production and Maintenance teams for instrumentation and control-related issues
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to reduce instrument maintenance costs and enhance system availability and performance
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including government agencies, to ensure compliance in areas such as gas pipeline networks, electrical power grid interfaces, and metering systems

2. LNG Vessel Commercial & Operational Management

Take overall responsibility for the full-process commercial operations of operational LNG vessels, including daily operation supervision, rent/freight collection and settlement of LNG shipping projects, and professional fuel management for LNG vessel main engine and fuel gas systems; track the operation efficiency of LNG vessels and optimize operational cost control programs.

3. LNG Industry International Maritime Coordination

Formulate and revise the company’s LNG vessel special operation management system and operating procedures, and conduct professional training and guidance for the department’s maritime and commercial teams on LNG shipping professional knowledge and operational norms; supervise the daily work of subordinates, and coordinate the collaboration between maritime operation and commercial management posts for LNG vessel business.

5. LNG Shipping Market & Resource Coordination

Track the development trend of the international and domestic LNG shipping market, collect and analyze market information such as LNG shipping routes, freight rates and vessel supply and demand; coordinate with ship management companies, LNG terminal ports, cargo owners and other cooperative parties to ensure the smooth connection of LNG vessel loading, unloading, navigation and other links.

General Overview

Our Client is currently looking for a Lead Process Engineer to join their team.

The incumbent is responsible for the process discipline engineering in CAPEX projects. This includes the preparation of project scope of work, datasheets, requirements, calculations, analysis, review & evaluation of consultant/contractor/vendor proposal, participation in process safety and HSSE studies and workshops, review & approval of engineering deliverables, field support to construction, commissioning & operation, validation of engineering database & coordination with project management team, other discipline engineering and operation teams.

Responsibilities

• Focal for Process discipline in project management team for the Company CAPEX projects and supervise FEED consultants, EPC contractors and Equipment vendors.
• Prepare and issue Process basis of design, project specifications and scope of work for Feasibility Studies, FEED and EPC projects.
• Review engineering consultants, EPC contractors, Equipment vendor proposals and evaluate their capabilities.
• Review, validate and approve Process discipline and associated deliverables in CAPEX projects.
• Support procurement team for technical issue with vendors, construction team during construction phase on site checks and commissioning team during plant or subsystem start-up.
• Review the documents required for Singapore regulatory approvals as required and support consultants/contractors for the authorities’ approval.
• Validate Engineering Database such as Smart Plant tools (SP3D, SPPID, etc) and ensure the accuracy of the database.
• Review as-built deliverables and ensure all Company approved as-built deliverables are uploaded in the document management system.
• Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System established and adhere to the QA plans.
• Ensure technical integrity in all the projects that are being executed in parallel, including updating Company standards and specifications

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• At least 15 years’ engineering experience in oil and gas industry, with 5 years in the LNG industry.
• At least consecutive 5 years’ engineering experience as a lead process engineer in internationally reputable engineering and EPC companies in oil and gas industry.
• Involved in 2 FEED or EPC detailed engineering experience in oil and gas industry from beginning until end of FEED or detailed engineering and engineering experience in both green field and brown field projects.
• Hands-on engineering experience in process engineering in FEED/EPC projects.
• Familiar with both international and Local Codes & Standards.
• Knowledge of SP tools and SPPID is essential and proficient in process design software such as Unisim (Steady State and Dynamic), Pipenet, and Flarenet.
• Experience in field engineering or commissioning in LNG or LNG terminal project in owner’s engineering team will be an added advantage.
