Job Summary
Join Bored Tacos to prepare and cook menu items in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain hygiene standards, assist with ingredient prep and stock, and collaborate with the team to deliver great food and service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook tacos, sides, and other menu items following recipes and quality standards
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene by adhering to food safety regulations
- Assist in preparing ingredients, managing stock levels, and organizing the kitchen workspace
- Manage time and tasks efficiently during peak hours to ensure prompt service
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth, positive, and enjoyable kitchen environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Kitchen experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and eagerness to learn
- Availability to work weekends and peak meal hours
- Passion for food, especially tacos
