Position: Part-time Kitchen Assistant/ Packer
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in basic food preparation (e.g. weighing ingredients, portioning, simple) assembly
Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines accurately
Ensure all products are properly labelled (e.g. date, batch, allergens where applicable)
Practice FIFO (First-In-First-Out) for stock rotation
Assist with stock counting and inventory checks when required
-To follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and ingredients products.
-Assist team members to be productive in their work.
-Other duties as assigned by superior.
