Main Objective: 

The Senior Compliance Audit Manager will be a valuable member of the Global Compliance Assurance Team and will support the development, implementation and oversight of Arthrex’s Risk Management & Compliance (RM&C)’s auditing and monitoring program, primarily for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. The Senior Compliance Audit Manager will be based in Singapore and will report to the Director, Global Compliance Assurance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the enhancement of the company’s global compliance audit and monitoring program.
• Support the Director, Global Compliance Assurance in the development and presentation of an Annual Auditing and Monitoring Plan—covering the company’s subsidiaries and third parties—based on an appropriate risk-based methodology to the Vice President, RM&C and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and the Global Risk and Compliance Committee (GRCC).
• Coordinate with the Director, Global Compliance Assurance in supporting the management of the affairs of the Assurance Remediation Committee (ARC).
• Lead the effective execution of the Annual Auditing Plan for the APAC region by directing and perfoming corporate and third-party compliance audits,  ensuring high‑quality workpapers, and delivering well‑documented and clearly communicated audit findings.
• Support business leadership and cross-functional teams in driving the timely implementation of corrective and remedial actions arising from audit and monitoring findings, ensuring that identified issues are effectively addressed and underlying root causes resolved.
• Support the Director, Global Compliance Assurance in preparing and delivering periodic reports to the Vice President, RM&C and CCO, as well as the GRCC and the ARC, on the status of the Annual Auditing and Monitoring Plan, key audit and monitoring findings, and progress of the remedial measures.
• Support the development and implementation of strategies to ensure the company’s values and ethical standards are clearly emphasized, consistently communicated, and effectively integrated across the organization, including delivering training where appropriate.

• Provide guidance and interpretation on the company’s Code of Conduct, Third-Party Compliance Handbook, compliance policies, relevant health industry regulations, and applicable industry codes.
• Recommend enhancements to corporate compliance policies and practices to ensure continued alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Build strong partnerships with the APAC Legal & Compliance Director, as well as business and functional stakeholders, to support the implementation and continuous enhancement of the company’s global compliance program.
• Support investigations of reported compliance-related issues, when requested, and collaborate with key gate-keeper functions—including the Director, Global Investigations, the APAC Legal & Compliance Director, Human Resources, and Legal—to ensure that all reported concerns are promptly and thoroughly investigated.

• Ensure compliance within the functional area and actively support the organization’s broader compliance objectives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of healthcare compliance rules, regulations, enforcement trends, and industry standards to ensure ongoing alignment with evolving compliance expectations.
• Up to 30%-40% international travel may be required.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Accounting, Business Management, Finance, Law or a related field.
• At least 10 years of compliance experience, including work in internal audit, monitoring, or investigations is required.
• Certified or Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or other similar professional certification is preferred.
• Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or broader life sciences industry is preferred.
• Experience in data analytics is a plus.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

• Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise risk management, internal audit processes, and laws and regulations applicable to a global medical device company.
• Knowledge of current compliance regulations, including the AdvaMed Code, Eucomed Code of Ethical Business Practice, U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and U.K. Bribery Act.
• High ethical standards and strong business acumen to lead to sound, timely and thorough results and recommendations.

Main Objective:  

Creatively and actively participate in the Department of Medical Education to carry out logistical operation to teach the safe and effective use of Arthrex products and techniques in Singapore, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Deliver educational activities to sales representatives, scrub/clinical nurses, and clinical staff in collaboration with Commercial, Sales Force Excellence, and Marketing departments for Arthrex and business partners. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver Arthrex representative education programs, including onboarding, clinical training, continuing education, and pre‑/post‑course learning.

• Conduct live, virtual, and on‑site training for sales representatives, clinical staff, and distributors on Arthrex products, instruments, and surgical techniques.

• Teach orthopedic concepts such as anatomy, biomechanics, pathology, and clinical applications relevant to Arthrex procedures.

• Assess training progress, validate competency levels, and report outcomes to stakeholders and managers.

• Support onboarding by assigning training, evaluating qualifications, and advancing representatives through clinical competency levels.

• Develop, deploy, and track continuing education curricula and support onsite training programs across all levels.

• Manage and provide technical support for Arthrex Global University (AGU) and Learning Management Systems.

• Collaborate with medical education, product, clinical, and LMS teams to align training with product launches and education requirements.

• Create training materials, examinations, progress reports, and educational content delivered live, recorded, or virtually.

• Serve as a key communicator with internal teams and business partners on training initiatives and updates.

• Represent and promote Arthrex Medical Education tools, products, and systems.

• Up to 30% travel required.

 Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a related health science field required 

• 3 years of experience as an orthopedic surgeon, physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, registered nurse or sports physical therapist in orthopedics is required, OR 5 years of experience as an athletic trainer, physiotherapist, or alike working in orthopedics or sports medicine is required, OR 5 years of experience in the orthopedic sports medicine medical device industry is required 

• Master’s degree in a related health science field is preferred  

• Experience in arthroscopic and sports medicine related orthopedic procedures preferred 

• Experience with Arthrex products and procedures is preferred 

• Experience in learning management system administration preferred

Main Objective: 

Provide high level support to end users of computer equipment and systems maintenance to include workstations, software and peripherals, including Labs and Exhibits.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installs, configures, maintains and troubleshoots hardware, software, computers, printers, and other peripheral devices and ensures effective use of hardware and software resources

• Provide phone support based on support rotation schedule and monitors ticketing system for incoming issues and identifies, escalates and redirects problems requiring urgent attention to appropriate resources in compliance with SLAs
• Creates, updates, and submits status reports, documentation, and procedures relative to assigned End User Support processes and procedures
• Collaborate on technical matters to other APAC End User Support Representatives including day-to-day questions from End User Support or other departments
