Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and experienced architects to join our team. You will work independently, communicate effectively, and collaborate with the team. Support Senior Architect in design and project management across diverse projects while contributing your expertise.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project team members to ensure project alignment and progress
• Administer contracts, lead project meetings, and supervise construction sites to ensure compliance and quality
• Apply knowledge of local building codes and regulations to maintain project compliance
• Use design software such as AutoCad, Sketchup, and Photoshop to develop architectural plans and presentations
• Manage design and project tasks independently to meet deadlines and project goals
• Support Senior Architect in design development and project management activities

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture
• Proficient in local building codes and regulations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Master in Architecture, Bachelor in Architecture, or equivalent tertiary qualifications in architecture

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of local building codes and regulations to ensure design compliance throughout project development
• Prepare architectural drawings and documentation to support project submissions and approvals
• Collaborate with architects to assist in design development and technical detailing
• Utilize design software such as AutoCad, Sketchup, and Photoshop to create accurate and visually compelling architectural plans
• Manage submission requirements and processes to facilitate timely project approvals
• Work independently to meet project deadlines and deliverables with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate strong design sense to contribute creative and functional architectural solutions

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Architecture

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of relevant architectural design experience
