Role Title: Customer Service Manager
Team: HQ Management Team
Location / Remote: Singapore
Reports to: Managing Director
2. Why Customer Focus
Customers are service buyers who pays for it; servicing them impeccably is a
basic attribute. We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager to own our customer
experience responsibility. You’ll work directly with the MD and other managers
to deliver a good service.
We need a manager who can build
scalable product systems and turn customer feedback into roadmap priorities.
3. What You’ll Achieve
Extremely satisfied customers who do not switch to other vendors.
Increase in sales and profit. Maintain low customer drop-off rate.
4. What You'll Do
Customer Experience
Management.
-Develop and
implement customer experience strategies to increase the quality of service and
customer satisfaction.
-Track customer
reviews and determine areas for service improvement.
-Handle escalated
customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
-Maintain strong
relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
Process Improvement
-Determine ways of
enhancing customer service operations and efficiency.
-Implement new
initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
5. What We’re Looking For
Must Have
• 3+ years customer management experience
• Strong analytical thinking
• Excellent English Language skills
