This role is responsible for managing the contracts, document control and other administrative aspects of the complete life cycle of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate document flow over client, subcontractors and internal documentation like project plans, manuals, blueprints, progress reports, vendor contracts, technical submissions, or equivalent and drawings etc.
• Maintain an organized filing system (PEP) to meet our ISO requirements.
• Processing goods received and updating the system.
• Support team in compilation of invoices, tracking inventory/equipment listing
• Other administration support to home office and site team for infrastructure set up, manpower allocation, time attendance & leave management, etc.
• Ordering of grocery & stationary from home office
• Schedule for water dispenser, copier & plotter maintenance
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager

Requirements:-

• Minimum Diploma & Above.
• Able to work independently with at least 2 year of Project Administration experience.
• Competent in MS Office
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good command of spoken and written English

Responsibilities:

• Creation of 3D model content and ensuring model quality control.

• Comply modelling requirements for the project, ensure timely deliveries of outcomes.

• Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines.

• Comply with BIM execution plan requirements for the project.

• Work closely with design engineers and BIM Lead in preparing the CAD drawings / BIM models.

Requirements:

• Certificate from BCA BIM Modelling course or equivalent

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering

• Familiar with Singapore BCA BIM guidelines and authority submissions

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit & Naviswork Manage

• Experience in M&E, PSG or Fire systems design and prepare drawings

• Understanding of Local code requirements for Electrical Systems

• At least 2 years experiences in Singapore construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• To prepare project budget, to source suppliers and subcontractors, oversee and coordinate site activities of projects
• To develop design proposals with necessary calculation and compliance, to prepare and submit shop drawings and equipment/material for approval by Consultants and Architects
• To prepare and submit as-built drawings and operation maintenance manual, and conduct training for client during handing over of project upon completion
• To prepare and submit progress reports, proposals, requirement documentation, and presentations.Manage a team of engineers, supervisors, suppliers, sub-contractors and workers during the execution of the project.
• To monitor and follow up on construction progress, to submit progress claims and variation claims till closing of final account
• To attend site meetings with Developers, Architects, Consultants & Main contractors

Requirements:

• Possess Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years relevant ACMV/HVAC experience in a local construction environment
• Previous experience in General Building Works / M&E services will be an added advantage
• Possess good knowledge and experience in engineering design for ACMV system
• Well-versed in the installation of ACMV equipment's chillers, AHU, VRV and split units and MV systems
• Able to lead independently with strong analytical, interpersonal & communicate skills with the ability to build good relationships with all parties

Job Summary

Provide administrative support to the Safety Manager by coordinating project-related admin, HR, and internal office functions, maintaining safety records, compliance documentation, and supporting safety reporting and awareness programs.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain safety-related documents, permits, and certificates to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
• Track and update training, certification renewals, and compliance records to support regulatory adherence
• Prepare safety and administrative reports to assist management in monitoring safety performance
• Coordinate project administration, HR tasks, and internal office functions with relevant teams to ensure smooth operations
• Manage filing, record-keeping, and maintain audit-ready documentation for safety and administrative purposes
• Provide general administrative support to the Safety Manager to facilitate daily safety management activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior administrative experience, preferably in construction or engineering environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Effective communication skills to liaise with teams and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Work Arrangement: Part-time, 3-4 days per week
