Role Overview
This is an entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates who are interested in developing a career in administrative operations and human resource functions. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Functions
Manage daily administrative tasks, including document processing and record keeping
Coordinate internal schedules, meetings, and communications
Prepare reports, letters, and documentation for management
Maintain and update student and client records
HR & Operations Support
Assist in recruitment activities (job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication)
Support onboarding processes for new hires
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist with payroll coordination and attendance tracking
Liaise with freelance tutors for scheduling and administrative matters
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Strong organisational and time management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Language Requirement
Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) is required to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients, staff, and external stakeholders who may not be proficient in English
