Roles & Responsibilities:

· Engineering support to the pre & post-sales serviceactivities

· Able to understand and has a good knowledge in electronics(e.g. Electronic Circuit Diagram)

· Able to read and draw floor plans and schematic diagramsusing AutoCAD

· Proficient in writing daily reports

· Perform project coordination, system installation,termination, testing & commissioning

· Perform user operation training of the system installed

· Perform field service to troubleshoot and rectify systemfault

· Required to carry out standby duty for servicing andanswering calls

· Attend site coordination meeting and site walk

Requirements:

· NITEC and or Diploma preferably in Analogue, Digital andor Computer Electronics/Electrical.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

· Knowledge in electrical termination and troubleshooting isan advantage

· Knowledge of computer skills and software such asMicrosoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Proficient in using Autocad

· Able to communicate well in written and verbalcommunications

· Able to work independently and adapt to a dynamic workingenvironment quickly

· Able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines andmultiple accounts/projects.

· Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills

· Organized, fast learner, proactive, able to multi-task andwith positive attitude

. 5.5 days working

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle hiring of local and foreign personnel job and integrating new hires.
• Experienced but not limited to JobsBank & able to access to different channels of recruitment both local and overseas, familiar in job fairs and their processes
• Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution and promote employee engagement.
• Ensure company’s adherence to local labour / employment laws
• Manage company's diverse mix of nationalities to be compliant under MOM Compass Point System.
• MOM Compass System not only have good knowledge of compass system but have practical experienced and able to keep the balance of local/foreigners.
• Experience in the manufacturing & construction industry consider an asset

Qualifications and Skills:

• A degree/diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive local HR experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Willing to work 5.5 days week
