OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (AIRFREIGHT)

A & C Freight Services Pte Ltd is a local forwarding agent incorporated in year 2000 specialize in air and sea freight. The company had been well established and is expanding locally and internationally.

Our services include freight , transportation, clearance, local handling, warehousing and etc.

We are operated and located in Free TradeZone at Changi Airfreight Centre. Interested candidates are to email resume to priscilialim@vinflair.com.sg.

Requirements :

-      Min “O” Level

-      Proficient in MS Office

-      Good interpersonal skills, responsible and hardworking

-      Relevant working experience preferred

-      Able to multi-tasks and meet deadline

-      Positive attitude and self-motivated

-      Mature and able to work confidentially and independently

-      Able to work overtime and on weekends if needed

Responsiblities

-      In charge day to day airfreight operations including import clearance, export delivery, issuing of airwaybills and etc

-      To prepare and submit of permits

-      Ensure cargos are uplifted intime

-      To coordinate with warehouse staff on cargos delivery

-      Submission of CCN and sending of pre-alert to agents

-      Pre-lodge documents to terminal website

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and filling
• To handle administrative duties such as invoicing, processing orders.
• Liaising with contractors for all repairs and maintenance of vehicles
• Attend to customers’ enquiries
• Plan schedule maintenance of vehicles and ensure that they are carried out accordingly
• Prepare service and accident reports
• Any other tasks assigned by the superior as and when is required

Requirements

• Relevant experience in similar capacity is preferred
• Mature, responsible and excellent Team Player
• Resourceful, independent and good level of initiative.
  

Strictly Supervise and Comply to ALL SOPs in order to reduce wastage.

Responsible all staff work Progress with records and schedule for training.

Responsible all food costs, maintainance and expenditures control.

Responsible for staff development and works upgrade.

Supervise staff in food knowledge, storage and acceptable quality.

Strictly Comply and Execute ALL SOPs.

Supervise Kitchen operational SOP, hygiene, cleanliness, maintainance…

Supervise staff to ensure and comply with FIFO procedures.

Ensure all products comply to company's requirement and quality in achieving its maximum profitability.

Able to create new dishes in order to meet market needs and expectation.

Able to cook authentic China Chinese Cuisine,expecially SICHUAN and Dongbei Cuisine.

Job Description :

- Involve in both Accounts Receivable and Payable
- To perform administrative duties as assigned
- Data Entry and processing of vendor invoices
- Answering and attending to calls
- To liaise with customers on their payment schedule
- To issue payments to vendors
- Other Adhoc tasks required

• Effectively manage marketing budgets (eg Google Ads) and identify promotion opportunities.

• Develop and designing of brochures, learning videos, advertisements and other social media advertisement and EDMs.

• Crafting marketing collaterals and communicates through various media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

• To develop, propose and execute creative and effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Oversee all activities related to company branding to ensure image and messaging consistency.

• Opportunities to meet up with social media influences and liaise with media partners.

CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER (AIRFREIGHT)

Requirements :

- Min 'O' Level
- Proficient in Ms Office
- Min 3 years of related experience
- Good interpersonal Skills, responsible and hardworking
- Good communication skills
- Able to multi-tasks and meet deadline   
- Positive attitude and self motivated     
- Mature and able to work independently     

Responsiblities

- In charge of day to day airfreight operations including issuing of airwaybills, submit of permits, attending to customers' bookings
- To liaise with airline agents and customers on bookings
- Ensure cargos are uplifted in time
- To generate invoice billings to customers      
- Submmision of CCN and sending of pre-alerts to agents
- Create of billing invoices
- Knowledge of geograhical locations   

1.Must possess Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence and vocational licence

2.Safe and responsible drivers

3.Presentable with proper grooming

4.Prior experience is advantageous
