Key Responsibilities
Provide Professional Beauty Services: Perform facial treatments, eyelash extensions/lifts, and semi-permanent embroidery(eyebrow/lip) with high quality skills & standards.
Product & Equipment Knowledge: Demonstratestrong knowledge of beauty products, tools, and devices used for each service.
Consultation & Customer Care: Assess clients’ skin/beauty needs, recommend suitable services or aftercare, and deliver an excellent, comfortable customer experience.
Maintain Hygiene & Safety Standards: Ensure strict sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations; follow all guidelines.
Operational & Team Support: Assist with scheduling, record-keeping, retail product sales, and other daily salon duties;collaborate smoothly with team members to maintain a professional environment.
Key Requirements
Good aesthetic sense.
Minimum 1–2 years relevant experience preferred.
Good communication, customer service mindset, and professional attitude.

You will be responsible for supervising the operations team, ensuring service standards are met across all branch locations (including Clementi, Kovan, etc.), and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Supervision: Assist the Manager in managing daily business activities and supervising a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Bilingual Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison for Chinese-speaking stakeholders, partners, and vendors. High proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin is essential to conduct business negotiations, prepare reports in Chinese, and manage communication with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
Process Optimization: Analyze existing operational workflows and implement strategic improvements to enhance productivity and reduce overhead costs.
Performance Reporting: Oversee the compilation of branch performance data (using Excel/Google Sheets) and present monthly analytical reports to the management.

Job Requirements

Language Skills:Professional fluency in Mandarin and English is a mandatory requirement. Candidates must be able to communicate complex business concepts effectively in Mandarin to satisfy the needs of our Mandarin-speaking business environment.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables) and data visualization tools are highly preferred.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
