ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides smooth and efficient service at the Restaurant ensuring that standards are always met

• Presents menu/drinks list, answers inquiries and provides recommendations to guests after assessing their needs and preferences

• Strives to provide excellent quality service to all guests

• Takes guest orders and serves without unnecessary delay

• Maintains par stocks of beverages and guest supplies

• Clears and resets counters or tables

• Assists in stock inventory and maintains an accurate inventory record

• Standard service duties

REQUIREMENTS

• Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PRs) only

• Experience in Japanese fine dining environment will be advantage

• Min. secondary school education with 'O' level passes

• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period would be preferred

• Possess Food safety and hygiene certificate

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Working closely with ourExecutive and Head Chefs, you will ensure smooth operations from foodpreparation through to service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality standards are consistently maintained.
• Supervise the preparation of ingredients and dishes, ensuring they’re ready for service.
• Manage stock ordering, inventory control, and conduct regular stock takes.
• Adhere to proper food storage, labeling, and safety protocols to reduce waste.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.
• Inspect deliveries from suppliers to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Support and mentor junior kitchen staff, helping them uphold company standards.
• Foster a collaborative, positive, and efficient team environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a kitchen setting.
• Strong culinary expertise with a passion for producing high-quality food.
• Proven experience working in a high-energy kitchen.
• A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety.
• Ability to work well within a team and train junior staff.
• A professional, dedicated attitude towards team success and restaurant excellence.
