· Attendand handle incoming hotline calls
· Assistin the planning, coordination and internal training events
· Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling and data entry
· Packing and preparing of shipping goods and handling of LC documents for bank submission
· Submit monthly forecasted pending sales order report to Account team
· Other ad hoc administrative duties as assign
· Certificate or degree in business admin, Communications, or a related field
· 1-2 years of experience in a sales admin, marketing or administrative support role
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively ina team
· Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise
· Proficient in using MS Office suite, Excel and familiar with QuickBooksAccounting Software
· Can work independently and a keen eye for detail
