We are looking for a HR Administrator (Operations & Compliance) to provide day‑to‑day HR administrative and operational support to the Singapore HR team, with exposure to regional HR activities across Singapore and Malaysia.

This is a support role focused on coordination, documentation, and accurate execution of HR operational tasks in a fast‑paced environment. The role works closely with senior HR team members and supports compliance‑related HR activities.

We welcome fresh graduates, candidates with HR qualifications but limited experience, and individuals making a mid‑career change. Candidates are not expected to fulfil all responsibilities listed; training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR operational and administrative support, including documentation, coordination, and record‑keeping

The Quality Technician Auditor is responsible for performing in-process quality control audits and inspections throughout the manufacturing process. This role ensures that products meet internal and customer quality standards by identifying process deviations, supporting corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement in production quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and training to operators on quality requirements and best practices.

• Conduct regular in-process audits and inspections at various stages of manufacturing to verify compliance with quality standards and procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering, Science, or related technical field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to apply them effectively in daily work.

Preferred:

  Assists engineers in testing and inspecting products at various stages of the production process and compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products. Implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating products, processes and/or production equipment. Your role in our team

• As the owner of the process control systems in the Pre-Treatment Units, Heat Treatment Unit & Tank farm, you will develop & improve refinery processes by following up, developing & executing modifications / improvements to the Distributed Control System (DCS), Safety Instrumented System (SIS) & other automation system applications
• Troubleshoot process deviations and lead major non-conformance investigations to resolve problems related to process control applications or safety interlock systems.
• Develop and drive alarm management workflow related to your area of responsibility.
• Develop and drive management of change (MOC) as change manager for PCS & SIS modifications
• Lead or support capital investment projects involving changes to the DCS, SIS or other automation system applications.
• Ensure process safety through functional safety / periodic proof tests, standards and specifications development and risk evaluation processes (Process Hazard Analysis, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL etc…)
• Process control systems related competence development at Singapore refinery in your area of responsibility.
• Develop and maintain documentation and specifications related to process/plant control and automation logics.
• Utilizes process monitoring & optimization management tools to optimize plant performance
• Sharing and implementation of best practices and common initiatives from Rotterdam and Porvoo refineries.

• B Sc. or higher degree in chemical engineering or relevant field and understanding of Renewable products chemical processing unit operations and engineering.

• At least 6 years of work experience in process control engineering and operations in the oil and gas, refining or petrochemical industry
• Strong knowledge in Instrumentation and control design engineering management, engineering drawing interpretation ability
• Process Control engineering application / operating skillsets on Emerson DCS and SIS is considered an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with cross functional teams to understand product features and architecture.
• Deriving meaningful test scenarios based on business requirements and system workflows.

AVP, AML Assurance

(Business Risk and Controls Management - Group Retail)

Job Description

You will be part of the Anti-Financial Crime team within Group Retail that covers a range of banking segments and products. As we continually build on our foundation of strong governance and control, you will be charged with ensuring that the governance and controls framework is applied and tested for assurance, in addition to creating additional risk awareness, an ethical culture and professionalism within our workforce.

You are a competent subject matterexpert in the area of anti-money laundering, countering the financing ofterrorism, sanctions and fraud. As a seasoned practitioner, you are at theforefront of regulatory developments in these areas where you will be able todesign and conceptualise dashboards and key risk indicators to provide impactanalysis, interpretation, advisory and recommendations to Business Units for the implementation of AML related policies and practices. You will suggest recommendations to sharpen our risk awareness and provide solutioning on how to manage any emerging areas for improvement / risks / trends.

You are a team player and able to effectively collaborate with the business to build an efficient environment for Compliance and Audit to effectively operationalize their requirements. You can enhance the design of the existing framework to provide an effective testing framework to provide assurance to the senior management on the effective controls. Additionally, the senior management will look to you to translate keyrisk indicators for the effective management.

Responsibilities

• Provide control testing on critical functions and key AML /CFT /Sanctions /Fraud policies procedures, guidelines
• Proactively suggest suitable and relevant operational advisory to business units for key processes such as customer on-boarding and retention of customer relationships
• Identify regulatory risk and on AML/CFT requirements to assess impact on business segments
• Assist business units to operationalize and develop processes and controls to manage risks
• Review new business initiatives for compliance to AML/CFT governance requirements
• Conduct investigation into suspected ML/TF activities
• Review audit findings from internal & external reviews to assess adequacy of controls and facilitate formulation of corrective actions.
• Participate instrategic AML projects and initiatives to advise on AML controls
• Facilitate the gathering and provision of data/information to Management oversight
• Conduct Compliance Training to raise staff awareness on AML/CFT controls, trends and typologies
• Prepare regular management reports to raise their awareness on the risk areas and exposure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree inBusiness Management or related fields
• Working knowledge of MAS 626 Regulations and Guidelines
• Relevant 5 or moreyears of experience in AML/ CFT/ Sanctions or relevant Audit or Regulatory experience
• ACAMs certificationand prior experience in AML system and process design is preferred
• Resourceful,meticulous, analytical with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient inMicrosoft office suite of applications
• Use of analyticaltools such as Power BI, Qilkview is an advantage
