Main Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in fast fashion

Your Role

As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end leadership of our warehouse and customer service teams. Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the optimization of the overall sales performance of the store, through the constant increase of customer service standards and the continuous development of the product knowledge and of the team selling skills
• Constantly monitors the team sales performance through the main KPIs, establishing and implementing specific action plans in order to improve sales
• Analyze the market context in which works and to suggest improvements, understands market trends and competitors in order to analyze and identify business opportunities/initiatives with the aim of improving sales, promoting new products
• Maintains excellent customer relationships, coordinating the store team and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Creates a cohesive team coordinating its different activities in order to make sure that the team members are always motivated and competent
• Ensures the professional growth, the product knowledge and the training of the store team, by constantly stimulating them to be up-to-date about the luxury industry and create career plans for the team
• Oversees the visual merchandising practices and standards ensuring that the store windows, the displays and the store and product image are in line with the corporate and Central Visual guidelines
• Responsible for managing and optimizing the stockroom, coordinating the Retail Operations team, in order to guarantee that it is in line with the sales potential

Requirements:

• With at least 5 year solid luxury retail sales experience
• Prior exposure in luxury goods such as timepiece, fashion or jewellery is preferred
• Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance
• Team player with ability to perform in fast pace environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational activities of Warehouse (Approve shift schedule for warehouse or packing plant plan submitted by supervisor)

• Department cost saving monitoring

• Troubleshooting of Warehouse process and initiate and recommend for process improvement activities

• Investigate, identify and implement corrective actions to recurrent deviations from process norm

• Coordinate with Maintenance  Department to plan and ensure proper implementation of plant maintenance activities & major equipment calibration

• Re-verify plant integrity after maintenance of equipment

• Manage and liaise with internal and external contractors

• Prepare a monthly summary of all activities in the plant (including in-house contractor cost)

• Issue and approve permits to work systems

• Perform plant safety inspection to ensure the safety in the warehouse opetions

• Conduct training to operational staff as per departments training program

• Ensure department operation comply to NEA, AVA and Safety regulation

• Maintain ISO9001, ISO14001, FSSC22000 and HACCP Management Systems

• Ensure that all risk assessment in the workplace is established, implemented, monitored, communicated and documented according to WSH (Risk Management) requirements

• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Department Head
  

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Process, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations environment

• Candidates from edible oil, food manufacturing, FMCG, chemical, or process plant industries are preferred

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, manpower planning, and process improvement

• This role is responsible for analyzing system query data and reporting issues to a procurement manager, conducting research to assess business models in the marketplace and collaborating with internal and external partners to meet procurement objectives.

Responsibilities

Education & Experience Recommended

• Four-year Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

• Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
