As Senior Manager, Renewables & Carbon Procurement based in Singapore, you will report to the Director, Energy & Utility and work closely with the rest of the Energy and Technology team across the Asia Pacific region, making your mark in a number of ways:

• You will shape and implement our energy strategy to support AirTrunk’s continued growth
• You will lead the sourcing, negotiation, and execution of renewable energy PPAs and carbon procurement for compliance market

Your Day-to-Day

Renewable Energy Procurement

• Source renewable energy opportunities (solar, wind, hybrid, storage-linked projects) across APAC markets
• Build and manage relationships with developers, retailers, brokers and other relevant stakeholders
• Lead RFPs and bilateral negotiations for renewable offtake
• Structure and negotiate PPAs (physical, virtual, sleeved, portfolio structures)
• Drive transactions from term sheet through contract signature

Carbon Procurement

• Source and contract International Carbon Credits (ICC) in Singapore
• Evaluate supply credibility, eligibility rules, and delivery risk
• Negotiate carbon supply agreements and manage price and volume exposure

Commercial & Market Analysis

• Analyse pricing, market benchmarks, and commercial risks for both PPAs and carbon instruments
• Support internal approvals through financial modelling and business case development
• Work closely with legal, finance, risk, and sustainability teams to close potential deals

Requirements

• Has a relevant degree in Energy, Engineering, Business or a related field
• Min. 5 years of relevant working experience with proven experience in negotiating and executing PPAs and/or carbon contracts
• Background in renewable energy markets, carbon markets, energy trading, or project development
• Strong in communication, commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills
• Understanding of renewable project economics and key PPA risk drivers
• Familiarity with compliance carbon frameworks and regulated credit mechanisms (especially in the context of Singapore)

Core Mission of the Role

As the Store Manager first Singapore flagship store, you will take full responsibility for the store’s overall operations.

By delivering exceptional customer experiences and implementing data-driven content retail strategies, you will position the shopping mall as a benchmark for cross-border pet new retail between Singapore and China.

Key Requirements

1. Retail Leadership (Core Requirement)

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in premium retail environments, preferably in high-end shopping malls

• Proven strong sales performance record; experience as a Store Manager or Top Sales Performer is highly preferred

• Strong understanding of new retail strategies, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize customer lifetime value and repeat purchase rates

2. Content & Growth Capability (Strong Advantage)

• Hands-on experience in social media operations, particularly on platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RED) and Instagram

• Ability to drive content-led customer acquisition strategies and collaborate with headquarters to convert local traffic into sales

3. Professional Expertise & Service Excellence

• Genuine passion for pets with personal pet ownership experience preferred

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the IT distribution industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Warehouse Project Manager (3PL Lead – Rules Maker) in hopes of strengthening operational governance and warehouse implementation projects. They are located in the (West) – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Lead warehouse implementation initiatives including operational setup, process design, and go-live execution for logistics projects.
• Establish operational frameworks, warehouse procedures, and workflow standards governing inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound activities.
• Develop operational policies, work instructions, and process documentation to standardise warehouse practices across sites.
• Coordinate with 3PL operators, internal logistics teams, and technology partners to ensure operational readiness for new projects.
• Define warehouse layout planning, storage configuration, and material flow to optimise space utilisation and throughput.
• Oversee deployment of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ensure integration with operational processes.
• Track implementation milestones, operational KPIs, and compliance with project deliverables.
• Review operational performance and introduce process improvements to enhance accuracy, productivity, and fulfilment reliability.
• Manage issue resolution during project rollouts and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in warehouse operations, contract logistics, or third-party logistics (3PL) project implementation.
• Exposure to warehouse process design including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and distribution operations.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics technology integration, or automation solutions.
• Experience managing operational setup, process governance, or large-scale logistics projects.
