Join Selffix as a Trade Marketing & Social Media Executive to plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage live streaming sessions, and create content that drives sales and brand awareness in a dynamic retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns across in-store and social media channels to increase customer engagement and sales
• Collaborate with suppliers and brand partners to coordinate promotions and activations that enhance product visibility
• Organize and support retail events, product launches, and roadshows to maximize brand exposure and customer interaction
• Host and manage live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok and Shopee to engage audiences and drive live sales
• Create compelling content tailored to target audiences to boost traffic, sales, and brand awareness
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and optimize marketing strategies for improved results
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining high energy and creativity

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Min O Level with 2 years relevant experience
• Experience in retail, marketing, or e-commerce environments
• Passion for DIY, tools, or home improvement products (A Plus!)

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with around 7 years of experience in selling Apple solutions to enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to Apple Business Manager, enterprise mobility solutions, and strategic account development.

This role involves driving revenue growth by positioning Apple ecosystem solutions, managing enterprise accounts, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with enterprise clients to promote Apple-based business solutions (Mac, iPad, iPhone ecosystems).
• Act as a subject matter expert on Apple Business Manager, including device deployment, app distribution, and lifecycle management.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline within target enterprise segments.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, pre-sales, and support) to design tailored Apple solutions.
• Execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and workshops for enterprise customers.
• Support procurement, onboarding, and implementation of Apple solutions for clients.
• Maintain strong knowledge of enterprise mobility, MDM solutions, and Apple ecosystem integration.
• Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report on KPIs.
  
  Key Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in Apple solutions or end-user computing (EUC).
• Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager and Apple device deployment frameworks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, mobility solutions, and device lifecycle management.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to engage with C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
• Experience working with MDM tools (e.g., Jamf, Microsoft Intune) is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  
  Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of Apple’s enterprise programs and partner ecosystem.
• Experience in solution selling and consultative sales approach.
• Familiarity with cloud services and digital workplace transformation.
