Job Responsibilities:

General Administration: Manage daily office operations, including handling incoming calls, sorting mail, and coordinating courier services.

Data Management: Accurate data entry into the company system and maintaining organized physical and digital filing systems.

Document Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, invoices, and quotations.

Inventory Control: Monitor and restock office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.).
