Job Summary

Lead and manage kitchen operations by controlling food preparation, designing menus, planning orders, and overseeing staff hiring, training, and performance to ensure high-quality culinary service and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage food preparation processes to ensure timely and high-quality meal production
• Design and update menus with new or existing culinary creations to maintain variety and quality
• Plan and order kitchen equipment and ingredients based on inventory shortages to maintain smooth operations
• Coordinate and arrange timely repairs of kitchen equipment to minimize downtime
• Identify and resolve operational problems or defects to maintain kitchen efficiency

Responsible for overseeing maintenance operations across the Group's F&B outlets and company facilities. This is a hands-on role involving troubleshooting, supervising maintenance staff, coordinating contractors, and ensuring equipment downtime is minimized.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repairs:

Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs for:

Kitchen Appliances and Machinery (Dishwasher/Aircon)

Exhaust and ventilation systems

Basic electrical and plumbing works

Attend to breakdowns and emergency maintenance issues.

Conduct preventive maintenance and regular site inspections.

Team & Vendor Management:

Supervise and guide in-house maintenance technicians and handymen.

Assign and monitor daily maintenance tasks.

Coordinate and manage external contractors and service providers.

Obtain quotations and recommend repair or replacement solutions.

Maintenance Tracking:

Maintain maintenance trackers and service records.

Monitor maintenance costs and recurring equipment issues.

Prepare monthly maintenance updates and recommendations.

Facilities Management:

Oversee upkeep of company facilities, including Loyang office and warehouse.

Support renovation, reinstatement and improvement works when required.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of maintenance or facilities experience.

Hands-on and willing to travel between outlets.

Able to use Microsoft Excel and maintain maintenance records.

Experience in refrigeration, air-conditioning or F&B equipment maintenance is preferred.

Class 2/3 driving licence is an advantage

Overview

Working as part of the Crewing Finance Team, you will manage the full set of Singapore books and support financial operations across local and overseas subsidiaries. This role drives financial reporting and partners with operational leaders to enhance financial performance.

Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Manage full set of accounts for Singapore crewing entities, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
• Process timely billings to customers and journalize monthly crew transactions and ship statements to maintain up-to-date accounts.
• Reconcile inter-company balances and manage monthly inter-company billing, journal entries, and settlements to ensure accuracy across entities.
• Prepare management reports and financial statements compliant with local accounting standards to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with overseas teams to resolve day-to-day accounts settlements and disputes efficiently.

Cash Management

• Prepare daily cash flow positions and forecasts to support liquidity management.
• Manage payment processing to ensure timely and accurate disbursements.

Audit & Tax Compliance

• Liaise with external auditors to facilitate statutory audits and ensure a smooth audit process.
• Coordinate with tax agents on corporate tax filings, GST submissions, and compliance matters to meet statutory requirements.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Experience managing full set of accounts independently.
• Prior exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or ERP environments is a strong advantage.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-border teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the Institutional Kitchen to consistently meet service level targets and operational goals

1. Undertake menu planning

2. Oversee and participate in the preparation and cooking of all main dishes and Kuehs and other in accordance with specified menus on time to deliver to various outlets.

3. Check quantity and quality of stock received and notify suppliers of deficiencies.

4. Oversee washing and cleaning of floors, crockery, utensils, work surfaces and other kitchens equipment to ensure that the necessary hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained in the kitchen and dining room as appropriate.

5. Ensure that the appropriate clothing, including head wear, is worn at all times in accordance with the health guidelines. 
