• Own food safety and SFA compliance across your cluster, with zero demerit points as the floor

• Work with each Restaurant Manager to turn monthly targets into shift-level plans and close gaps when numbers slip

• Be the first call when something goes wrong in your cluster

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in product or platform development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing notebook or related hardware programs.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of product architecture, HW/SW co-design, system integration, and platform-level decision-making.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead diverse, global teams and drive execution across multiple concurrent development efforts.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly present complex topics to cross-functional and executive audiences.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a track record of delivering innovative and practical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with PC product development process, internal systems, and cross-functional collaboration models.

• Experience managing ODM/CM relationships and navigating supply chain or logistics challenges.

• Programming & Digital Skills: Hands-on experience with Python, Power BI, and other tools that enable digital transformation, automation, and data visualization in development workflows.

• Domain Knowledge: Working knowledge or experience in Electrical Engineering (EE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), thermal design, or commodity management is highly preferred.

• Awareness of market and technology trends in notebooks, system performance, and user experience design.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of assigned product categories through a structured category management approach. This role focuses on enhancing financial results, strengthening customer appeal, improving market competitiveness, and optimising overall category productivity.

This role is based in Tampines North.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet category sales, profit, and income targets.
• Build and manage an effective product assortment based on customer needs and evolving market trends.
• Plan and implement promotional activities that deliver excitement and incremental revenue.
• Contribute to shrink reduction through effective purchasing and stock management practices.
• Define placement strategies and planograms that enhance customer experience and improve product flow.
• Formulate competitive pricing strategies that deliver strong customer value while meeting business goals.
• Foster good supplier partnerships to maximise trading terms, discounts, and joint business opportunities.
• Lead private label development within assigned categories to strengthen profitability and assortment differentiation.
• Ensure adherence to company processes and policies, including stock ageing, write-off controls, and inventory discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business Administration and/or any related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Category Management, Procurement, and/or similar role.
• Great commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales and profit improvements.
• Possesses solid knowledge and experience in sourcing or buying.
• Demonstrates good communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationship.
