Job Description & Requirements

• Responsible to carry out processing of payments for scheduled maintenance works, breakdown maintenance works and project works.
• Responsible in the preparation of contract documentations, pre-tender and post-tender till award of tender.
• Advise to clients and operations team on contract clause disputes or contract clause understanding.
• Involved in bidding new tenders for new contracts for the company.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree / Diploma in Building / Project and Facilities Management / Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Surveying / Contracts Management.
• Able to work independently in fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Candidates with Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) professional membership will be at an added advantage.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notices will be preferred.

Depending on the allocated section (Inpatient / Outpatient / National Centre for Infectious Diseases / Quality Control/Emergency Pharmacy), you will assist the pharmacists in prescription processing, to ensure accuracy and targeted waiting times are met. The Requirements
- Local Polytechnic Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science OR WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Pharmacy Support) OR non-SPC registrable Pharmacy Degree ONLY

- For Emergency Pharmacy, candidate must be comfortable with 2 rotating shift (PM and Night shift)

a. 2-3 yrs experience in a manufacturing environment - knowledge of packaging experience is a plus

b.Knowledge of PLC(Omron is a must), other PLC brand is a plus

c. Ability to understand and debug OMRON PLC programe

d. Strong knowledge in electrical trouble shooting skills set

e. Ability to interpret and understand electrical schematics/single line programe

f. Ability to work 12 hrs rotation shift : 730 to 730

Job Responsibilities:

·      Manage the daily operations and maintenance of assigned properties, ensuring all facilities and M&E systems and equipment are functioning effectively.

·      Oversee and manage the team of Engineers, Technical officers, specialists, sub-contractors in all the disciplines.

·      Oversee both Hard and Soft maintenance Facilities Services, ensure technical maintenance and operational support services to maintain building functionality and service quality.

·      Responsible for planning and implementing preventive maintenance program for all services and ensure proper contracts administration and management. Involve with M&E services maintenance and oversee soft services contractors.

·      Ensure operational issues and emergencies are attended promptly and rectified with minimal inconvenience and disruption.

·      Monitor and track all maintenance works and their progress status. Monitoring of KPIs to ensure compliance with performance framework.

·      Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

·      Minimum8-10 years' experience in facilities management

·      Strong technical knowledge of M&E facilities maintenance / building systems, maintenance procedures and regulatory requirements

Field Technicians

• Field Staff Work Hours Full Time: Monday to Saturday (flexibility to work every Saturday is required), excluding public holidays (5 days work).
• Working hours: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM/5:00 AM to 2:00 PM
