● Ability to use "product sense" to make critical decisions in data-sparse environments and validate hypotheses through rigorous testing

● Strong interest or experience in process optimization to enhance user productivity and system responsiveness

● Enterprise system (with lots of backend processing logic): having good technical background, good B2C or B2B, large system experience

● Strong negotiator and stakeholder management
