We are seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager with deep equities technology expertise to lead complex, cross-functional delivery programmes across our client in Singapore. • Set the technical direction for the organization by building common abstractions, setting best practices, and working with the client infrastructure team to ensure growth.
• Partner and collaborate with existing United States (US)-based Android and Wearable app teams.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years of experience with full stack development, with back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 3 years of experience in Android application development including Java or Kotlin with Jetpack Compose, and experience with Application programming interface (API) development and design.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 3 years of experience with working in a matrixed organization.
• Experience with launching and maintaining Android applications.
• Experience with testing methodologies and best practices for mobile applications.
