Description of Division

Key Responsibilities

1.       Service Management (KSL and Funded Partners)

a.       Assist and support the Regional Head to carry out regular contract management and programme monitoring of KSL teams, hospitals and KSAs to ensure compliance with Funding Agreement and drive achievement of programme deliverables.

Overview

We are looking for a Software Product Manager to drive the development and delivery of mission-critical solutions. You will act as a key technology partner to customers and work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to deliver end-to-end software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and translate customer needs into solutions
• Lead end-to-end software development, implementation, and system integration
• Oversee system design, performance, testing, and deployment
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (software & hardware engineers)
• Monitor system reliability during installation, configuration, and testing
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, budgets, timelines, and resources
• Ensure alignment with business goals, quality standards, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5–10 years in Product Management / Technical Project / System Delivery roles
• Experience in software development lifecycle and Agile environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in Government, or system integration projects is a plus

Qualities

• Proactive, independent, and strong sense of ownership
• Positive attitude with passion for operational support
• Able to work across teams in fast-paced environments

• Coordinate research activities and ensure projects remain on track across different stages.

• Manage vendors and review research materials, including questionnaires and code frames.
• Test surveys and review data outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Consolidate and prepare datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data reliability.
• Create clear and impactful data visualisations using Excel (e.g. charts, pivot tables, dashboards) to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Support the enhancement of data dashboards through planning and testing.

• Has strong organisational skills and thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in ensuring data accuracy.
• Is highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both written and verbally.
