Job Summary

Support HR and administrative functions by maintaining payroll and personnel records, managing statutory claims, administering work passes, and assisting with compliance and employee relations in a dynamic industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personnel files and update payroll systems to ensure accurate employee records and timely salary processing
• Process payroll transactions and assist in payroll audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Job Timings (Non-negotiable)

Overtime

Employees who work more than the stipulated working hours on any day will be paid for any additional hour worked at 1.5 times their hourly basic rate of pay.

Public Holidays

• The Centre will remain closed on all public holidays EXCEPT Labour Day and Vesak Day. The board examinations are held in May/June and we are duty bound to our students to remain open on these two public holidays to assist them in their final examination preparation.
• Employees who work on Public Holidays (9:30AM - 6:30PM) will receive twice their basic rate of pay for work on that day.

Leave Policy

• Annual leave : 18 days
• Birthday Leave: 1 day
• Family Care Leave : 2 days (the above unused leave will be encashed at the end of the year)
• Medical leave: 14 days

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases

• Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and HR correspondence
