Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in business development, partnerships, sales, account management, or a related commercial function.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage commercial agreements.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver business growth and achieve commercial objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the travel, hospitality, technology, financial services, or related industries.
• Experience managing regional partnerships and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Established network of industry contacts is advantageous.
