About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Claims Executive to support claims processing and administrative operations within a structured and fast-paced environment. This is a contract role with potential for extension, offering exposure to process improvement and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and validate claims submissions accurately and in a timely manner

• Review supporting documents to ensure completeness and compliance with requirements

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to follow up on claim-related matters

• Maintain proper documentation and records for claims processing

• Support data preparation and testing activities for ongoing automation projects

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Claims team

Requirements

• Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in claims, administration, or operations support

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organisational and coordination skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
