Position Overview

As the Head of Engineering, you are an important member of the country management team, and you will be fully accountable for all topics related to Engineering and Product Management. You develop and manage your team ensuring that they are given the resources and opportunities they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities

• Engineering Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead and manage the Engineering department, including workforce planning, structure, and performance management

Responsibility

• Technical Sales Support – Provide pre‑sales and after‑sales technical support, prepare presentations and proposals, and collaborate with engineering teams to design client‑focused solutions.

• Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the marine and shipping sectors, conduct regular visits, and act as the primary contact for technical and commercial queries.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical / Marine Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales/technical support experience in in marine turbocharger MRO or related marine engineering services
• Strong technical knowledge of marine propulsion systems, especially turbochargers from major OEMs (ABB, MAN, MET, etc.) is an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills for well communications.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
