• Assist in reviewing and evaluating tender submission documents, ensuring that all contractual, legal, and technical and operational aspects are addressed before submission.

Post-Tender Activities:

• Participate and support post-tender presentation, interview, and clarifications with clients as when required.
• Assist in conducting complete and quality handover to project management team (successful tender).
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 10 years of working experience.
• Relevant experience in marine civil construction projects (e.g., dredging, reclamation, port, and coastal infrastructure works) will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, and relevant construction planning / management software.
• Familiarity with local regulations, standards, and bidding processes
