Drive Aftermarket Growth for HJ Lubricators
G&O Maritime Group is seeking ahigh-performing Service Sales Manager to lead the growth of our aftermarketbusiness for HJ Lubricators across APAC, based in Singapore.
In this role, you will take commercial ownership of service sales withincylinder lubrication systems, supporting shipowners in optimizing engineperformance, reducing wear, and improving operational efficiency.
Your Mission
Maximize service revenue and customerlifetime value by leveraging the installed base of HJ Lubricators andpositioning G&O as a trusted long-term service partner.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive service sales for HJLubricators (cylinder lubrication systems)
· Sell service agreements, spareparts and service
· Identify new businessopportunities across APAC shipping markets
· Build strong relationships withtechnical superintendents, fleet managers, and shipyards
· Manage sales pipeline,forecasting, and reporting
· Act as the main interfacebetween customers and internal technical/service teams
· Promote performanceoptimization, cost savings, and engine lifetime extension
What You Bring
· Experience in maritimetechnical sales or aftermarket services
· Good understanding oftwo-stroke engine lubrication and cylinder condition management
· Commercial mindset with strongnegotiation skills
· Experience working withshipowners, operators, or shipyards, preferably in APAC
