Key Responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact for customers on airfreight inquiries
• Coordinate closely with customers on shipment requirements and updates
• Prepare and provide accurate quotations based on customer requests
• Follow up on quotations and support conversion to confirmed bookings
• Liaise with internal teams (operations, warehouse, accounts) for smooth execution
• Assist SOE in handling daily sales support and customer servicing tasks
• Monitor and update customers on shipment status when required
• Maintain proper records of quotations and customer communications
• Support ad-hoc duties assigned by SOE
Requirements
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in logistics / freight forwarding preferred
• Basic knowledge of airfreight processes and terminology
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Working Hours:
Mon to Fri 9am-6pm
Sat 9am - 1pm ( alternate sat after probation )
