You will be responsible for keeping our financial records spotless while optimizing our trade facilities and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Set Accounts: Independently handle the complete cycle of full set accounts (AP, AR, GL) and prepare timely monthly closing, financial statements, and management reports using the SQL Accounting System.
• Trade Financing & Cash Flow: Manage and process trade finance instruments including Banker’s Acceptance (BA), Invoice Financing (IF), and Letters of Credit (LC) with banks to support trading operations.
• Compliance & Tax: Ensure full compliance with Malaysian tax laws, handle audit and tax queries, and manage the deployment/maintenance of LHDN e-Invoicing workflows within our SQL system.
• Reconciliation & Monitoring: Conduct strict regular bank, debtor, and creditor reconciliations; track factory inventory valuations and intercompany transactions between HQ and factory sites.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of working experience handling full set accounts. Direct experience in managing trade finance facilities (BA, LC, Invoice Financing) is strictly required.
• System Skills: High proficiency in SQL Accounting Software is a must.
• Industry Background: Experience working in trading, manufacturing, logistics, or biomass/commodities sectors will be highly prioritized.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting & Finance Executive to manage the company's day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and support the overall financial management of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage full or partial sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), to maintain accurate financial data
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries to ensure timely and accurate transaction recording
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to verify financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support management decision-making
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial forecasting to optimize financial planning
• Process staff claims and monitor company expenses to maintain budget control
• Prepare GST submissions and ensure compliance with IRAS regulations to meet statutory requirements
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities to facilitate audits and regulatory compliance
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems to ensure organized financial documentation
• Assist in payroll processing and CPF submissions to ensure accurate employee compensation and statutory compliance
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections to improve cash flow
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations to uphold governance standards
• Perform administrative and other finance-related duties as assigned to support the finance team’s operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds may be considered for junior roles)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, MYOB, or AutoCount
• Knowledge of Singapore GST, CPF, and statutory compliance
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Summary

We areseeking a seasoned Senior Finance and Accounting Executive responsible forlocal overall financial affairs and have an extensive knowledge of thecompliances and tax regulations in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

·      Oversee and review core financefunctions including financial accounting, management reporting, budgeting andforecasting in line with local tax regulations

·      Ensure timely submission andanalyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance withSFRS.

·      Work closely with the HQ teamon statutory reporting, audits, and financial close processes.

·      Support business planning, costcontrol and review cash flow

·      Supervise corporate bookkeepingand preparation of financial statements.

·      Provide management accountinginformation for HQ strategic decision-making.

·      Support audit processesincluding co-ordination with HQ finance team and external consultants andadvisors.

·      Preferably familiar withconsolidation of cross-country financial reports

·      Perform ad-hoc tasks assignedby reporting manager

Qualifications

·      Bachelor/Master in Accounting,Finance, or related fields.

·      Minimum 5 years experiences, with3 years in a CPA firm and 2 years in a similar industry.

·      Must have sound knowledge ofSingapore tax compliances and financial regulations

·      Must be proficient in MicrosoftExcel

·      Able to speak Chinese to communicate with stakeholders internally

Responsibilities:

• Review system interfaces across collection, accounting, procurement, and bank applications to ensure daily data transfers are complete, accurate, and followed up on
• Conduct periodic user access reviews for accounting systems (staff, vendors, volunteers) and bank portals (1,800+ accounts) to prevent unauthorised access
• Perform weekly reconciliation of Internet Collections, including identification and follow-up of failed transactions across collection, accounting, and settlement reports
• Handle helpdesk duties including responding to queries and maintaining data repositories
• Manage vendor creation and confirmation including document follow-ups, system setup, and maintenance of vendor records with segregation of duties
• Support fixed assets and leases including capitalisation, adjustments, asset labelling, and stocktake exercises
• Extract RedeemSG reports and bank statements for weekly verification and monthly reconciliation
• Administer grant management system including configuration of forms and workflows (approx. 300 schemes per year), user access management, system integration, and ongoing maintenance
• Perform ad-hoc duties including email coordination and collation tasks
