- Project Coordination & Execution Lead the overall coordination, status reporting, and execution of project work efforts to ensure successful delivery.
- Project Management Methodology Establish and implement standardized project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet high-quality standards, and fulfil user expectations.
- Planning & Team Oversight Develop comprehensive project plans, assign tasks to team members, and oversee daily work efforts.
- Monitor progress, identify resource needs, conduct quality reviews, and escalate issues related to functionality, quality, or timelines as necessary.
- Milestone Tracking & Resource Adjustment Track key project milestones and proactively adjust plans and resources to meet evolving customer needs.
- Stakeholder Communication Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders regarding project scope, budget, risks, and resource requirements.
Requirements:
- 9 years of experience in project management and business analysis, preferably in trading or financial applications.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, MS Project).
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and trading domain knowledge.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining team collaboration.
- Expertise in requirement management, design documentation (HLD/LLD), and test case development.
- Flexible mindset with strong communication skills and a collaborative team player attitude.
