一般要求的資格和經驗

• 最好會說英語和馬來語。

• 獨立性強，能夠在最少的監督和指導下工作。
• 熟練 Microsoft Word、Excel、Outlook、AutoCAD 和 Autodesk Inventor 等電腦軟體。

職責：

• 執行月末結帳，包括總帳、應付帳款和應收帳款等全套帳戶功能。
• 協助會計主管確保按時準確地編制會計文件。
• 維護和更新財務記錄，包括發票、付款憑證和證明文件。
• 監控銀行交易，包括收款和退款。
• 確保付款記錄正確，並跟進未決問題。
• 支援月末結算活動，包括編製報表和處理 SST 相關事宜。
• 進行銀行對賬，確保所有財務交易均準確記錄。
• 透過整理、掃描和有系統地歸檔會計記錄，確保文件記錄的完整性。
• 資料輸入：將財務交易記錄到 Autocount 會計軟體中。
• 確保遵守公司政策、會計準則和內部控制。
• 根據管理階層的安排，執行臨時性的會計和財務相關工作。

要求：

• 最低學歷要求為SPM/會計文憑、LCCI或同等相關領域資格
• 該職位要求至少1-2年相關領域的工作經驗。
• 積極主動且獨立
• 具備良好的基本簿記程序知識。
• 精通微軟Excel，並具備良好的會計軟體知識。
• 良好的時間管理能力和按時完成任務的能力
