• Experience prioritizing, planning, and organizing solution-based sales activity within complex business cycles, including qualifying high value accounts and leveraging our partner ecosystem.
• Experience working with internal/external teams, including account teams, technical leads, procurement, and legal, to inventory existing software estate, build business cases for transformation with implementation plans, and close agreements.
• Knowledge of market trends, products, and solutions (including foundational technical understanding) of Cloud and AI.

What you will be working on?

• Provide general secretarial, administrative, and logistical assistance to the team/department eg. meeting scheduling, material collation, venue arrangements, agenda preparation, tracking follow-ups, minuting writing, making travel arrangements and verifying travel invoices and claims.
• Perform effective knowledge management and documentation control via regular housekeeping and archival.
• Request and consolidate information and reports and help prepare presentation materials.
• Assist with requests and queries from internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate and organize events, meetings and engagements on various meeting platforms.
• Support advisors, in terms of scheduling, logistics and claims processing.
• Manage goods receipt and procurement requests, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely fulfilment to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform finance-related tasks such as preparation of budget memo, budget monitoring, etc.
• Covering PA to Executive Director and Director as/when necessary.
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Diploma in any discipline, with 2-5 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (in particular Word, Excel and Teams) and in managing online platforms such as Zoom and Webex

We seek a Senior Procurement Executive to lead procurement and supplier management, ensuring cost-effective sourcing, timely delivery, and compliance to support operational and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, evaluating quotations, selecting suppliers, issuing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries to meet operational needs
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable contract terms, and high service quality
• Develop and sustain strong supplier relationships to support reliable supply chains
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement activities to prevent operational disruptions
• Conduct market research and benchmark suppliers to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Evaluate supplier performance and resolve issues related to pricing, quality, and delivery timeliness
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Warehouse, and other internal teams to align procurement with business requirements
• Prepare detailed procurement reports, spending analyses, and supplier performance reviews to inform decision-making

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of procurement or purchasing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills demonstrated through supplier contract management and cost optimization
• Analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills applied to procurement challenges
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with ERP, inventory management, or procurement systems to support procurement operations
