ALP, sebuah firma inovatif yang pakar dalam pembangunan hartanah logistik, sedang mencari Jurutera Penyelenggaraan Automasi untuk menyelia operasi Gudang Logistik Pintar kami yang akan datang berhampiran Bukit Raja, Selangor dengan cekap. Peranan penting ini merangkumi pelbagai tanggungjawab, termasuk menyediakan sasaran prestasi penyelenggaraan lapangan (kecekapan & kos) dan pelan pelaksanaan untuk pasukan penyelenggaraan.

Jurutera Penyelenggaraan Automasi akan bekerjasama rapat dengan pasukan dalaman, termasuk perancangan penyelesaian, pengurusan hartanah dan IT, untuk mengoptimumkan prestasi automasi dan memastikan penyepaduan teknologi canggih. Secara luaran, peranan ini melibatkan penyelarasan dengan pihak berkepentingan utama seperti pembekal peralatan dan penyewa.

Jawatan ini menawarkan peluang untuk pembangunan kerjaya yang berpotensi seiring dengan perkembangan kehadiran ALP di Malaysia dan peluang yang jarang berlaku untuk mengurus Gudang Pintar Automatik Pelbagai Penyewa.

• Menyelaras dan mengurus pasukan operasi penyelenggaraan subkontrak
• Melaksanakan peralatan automatik dan menjalankan ujian yang meluas
• Penyelesaian masalah dan pemulihan peralatan automatik secara berkala
• Penyelenggaraan peralatan automatik secara berkala
• Peningkatan kecekapan peralatan automatik
• Mencari alat ganti dan mengurus vendor luaran
• Pengurusan kontrak penyelenggaraan
• Sokongan pengesahan PoC
• Latihan penyelenggaraan autonomi pengguna

• Proaktif dengan ciri-ciri yang boleh dipercayai, sentiasa menunjukkan inisiatif dan kebolehpercayaan dalam pelbagai situasi yang mencabar
• Pemain pasukan yang berkebolehan untuk bekerja merentasi budaya, dan membina hubungan baik serta hubungan kerja kolaboratif dengan semua peringkat

Apakah kemahiran yang diperlukan…

• Calon mesti memiliki sekurang-kurangnya Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam bidang Mekanikal, Kawalan Elektrik, Automasi atau jabatan berkaitan kejuruteraan.
• Pengetahuan tentang lukisan kejuruteraan, penderiaan dan bahagian pneumatik/hidraulik, serta kawalan motor.
• Pengalaman dalam reka bentuk dan pelaksanaan PLC & HMI adalah satu kelebihan.
• Mahir menggunakan AutoCad/Solidworks adalah satu kelebihan.
• Integrasi sistem SCADA dan backend IT adalah satu kelebihan.
• Mandarin, Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia. Kemahiran komunikasi lisan & bertulis Mandarin yang baik akan menjadi satu kelebihan.
