ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and update BOM, routing, yield, and ECO data to support accurate SAP standard cost.
• Run cost roll-ups, review results, and identify cost discrepancies.
• Ensure cost data accuracy through timely corrections, adjustments, recosting, and tie-outs.
• Troubleshoot ECO issues, analyze revaluation impact, and perform necessary data corrections.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support ECO execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Responsible to audit line per IPQC Checklist and Work Instruction, compile & analyze IPQC audit results weekly and drive for compliances.
• Responsible to conduct buy off during conversion for items like component traceability, feeder, profile etc.

• To participate in and monitor NPI activities (including tape board buy off).

Repair Service Engineer with repair shop duties is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing equipment, machinery, or electronics - either directly on-site at machine or in the service room's workshop.

• Very hand on oriented person. Figuring out how to repair/overhaul parts of semiconductor final test machines and afterwards defining procedures how to repair
• Experience in mechanical repair and/or electronics repair is a must
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in supporting equipment like Work piece carrier, Trax, board, module and other relevant Equipment/Production.
• Identifying the root cause of supporting equipment malfunctions and performing necessary repairs, which may involve disassembling, replacing parts, and reassembling.

In this role, you will drive the development and implementation of advanced test engineering strategies for our cutting-edge storage products, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability from NPI to HVM.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as the primary technical owner for product performance in both NPI and High Volume Manufacturing.

• Optimize Test Strategies: Design and execute efficient test plans, test time, yield, and quality to meet factory financial goals. Identify cost-effective testing methods through troubleshooting, validation, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and Collaborate on Engineering Solutions: Lead and implement innovative engineering solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success under competitive timeline.
• Champion Innovation and Cost Efficiency: Collaboratively integrate advanced testing technologies, research, and adopt cost-saving solutions like Test Time Reduction (TTR) and new test platforms, driving CAPEX reduction. Continuously improve test programs and test infrastructure to enhance product quality and reliability.
• Inhouse Tester (SHRACKU) Ownership: Lead the development, integration, and maintenance of inhouse test platform (SHRACKU), focusing on Linux-based control, network IP, and USB protocol validation to ensure test stability and scalability in HVM.
• Technical Expertise and Support: Provide leadership and execute technical support in electrical failure analysis (EFA), exploring new test method/EFA technique to address RMAs, production, reliability, and DPPM improvement. Analyze test results and deliver reports to stakeholders with actionable insights for improvement.
• Technical Communication and Documentation: Develop and deliver clear, concise technical reports and documentation, including EFA, work instructions, test equipment guidelines, test reports, and specifications.
• NPI Support: Lead NPI projects, ensuring smooth transfer of test technology from NPI to HVM. Developing test solution to ensure product performance meets competitive goals.
• Knowledge Sharing and Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, promote best practices, and facilitate knowledge transfer through technical training.

• Manage multi-disciplinary construction project schedules including design, engineering, construction, Commissioning and integration of contractor’s schedule
• Partner with key stakeholders including facility owners and global supply management and site construction contractors, etc to look for pull in opportunities
• Work directly with the schedulers from the various general contractors & design build teams to evaluate and monitor schedule risks using Earned Value Method (S curve) Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) or other industry widely accepted approach
• Define and analyze Project critical paths across all schedules and project stages and be able to produce reports, KPI metrics, float trends, lookahead reports, etc.
• Facilitate interactive planning and schedule review sessions with the project team as well as key stakeholders to walk through the critical path, showcase the critical activities and work with team to mitigate schedule delays
• Identify critical milestones from overall schedule
