Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with project managers, clients, and the development team to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements.

Warehouse Administration

Job Description

The Shipping Executive is responsible for managing the full spectrum of export shipping operations, including vessel booking, export documentation, customs declaration, port coordination, and L/C negotiation. The role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant shipment processing while supporting the company’s logistics and customer delivery needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Sales team on customer orders, shipment requirements, lead times, and delivery commitments.
• Verify all shipping instructions and review Letter of Credit (L/C) terms (if applicable) to ensure all documentation requirements are met before shipment.
• Arrange vessel bookings (VSL booking) directly with carriers or through freight forwarders.
• Request, compare, and evaluate freight quotations for cost efficiency.
• Monitor vessel schedules, port cut-off times, schedule changes, delays, and rollovers.
• Coordinate cargo readiness, weighing, documentation, and cut-off times.
• Prepare full set of export shipping documents, such as: Packing List, Delivery Order, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin (COO), Bill of Lading / Air Waybill instructions.
• Ensure document accuracy and compliance with customer requirements, Incoterms, HS codes, and shipping instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the smooth execution of architectural projects by coordinating between architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Directly responsible for the progress and quality of architectural works.
• Assist the Project Manager on the planning of schedule for calling quotation of sub-contractors and materials.
• To produce additional sketches, drawings to assist and clarify matters where required.
• Review the architectural drawings with the structural and M&E drawings to resolve conflicts.
• Liaise with the consultants to resolve such conflicts and keep the Project Manager, Contracts Manager informed on matters of variation from specification or drawings.
• To ensure that the various trades are working in proper sequence and following correct dimensions, alignment, levels and set-out.
• To assist the Site Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager to qualify needs of finishes materials e.g. tiles, for calling of quotation and award to supplier I vendors.
• To ensure the timely delivery of materials and planning for storage place jointly with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate, monitor and assist the various sub-contractors on all matters relating to the progress of works by holding regular meetings.
• Plan duties for the architectural supervisors and monitor progress on timing and quality

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture or a related field (e.g., Building Technology, Interior Design).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in an architectural firm or construction company (preferably).
• Strong understanding of architectural construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of construction materials and methods (a plus).
• Familiarity with Singapore building regulations and standards (a plus).

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior End User Computing (EUC) / Desktop Support Engineer with over 10 years of enterprise IT support experience to provide advanced technical support across desktop, laptop, mobile devices, collaboration tools, and end-user infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with SCCM, JAMF, Windows and macOS environments, and a customer-centric approach in supporting enterprise users and VIP stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, software applications, and peripherals.
• Perform device imaging, deployment, configuration, migration, and upgrades using SCCM and related deployment tools.
• Manage macOS devices including MacBook and iMac imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting using JAMF.
• Support and troubleshoot printers, scanners, mobile devices (iOS and Android), and associated peripherals.
• Provide remote and onsite support through tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Bomgar, and other remote access platforms.
• Support Cisco IP telephony, Jabber softphones, and audio/video conferencing systems.
• Conduct asset lifecycle management, including inventory tracking, deployment, retirement, and disposal.
• Perform smart hands support for networking and infrastructure teams.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware maintenance, warranty claims, and equipment replacement.
• Maintain accurate incident, service request, and change management records in ITSM platforms.
• Deliver VIP and executive support services when required.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, operational procedures, and service management processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in End User Computing (EUC), Desktop Support, or IT Infrastructure Support.
• Strong experience supporting enterprise Windows and macOS environments.

Job scope:
