Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Deal Lead for the Strategic Customer Engagements (SCE) team focusing on APJ customers.

SCE is a specialized global deal team that engages with commercial and public sector customers on deal strategy, structuring, and negotiations through contractual closure for transformational, strategic, large, complex, and/or highly competitive opportunities such as GenAI. This is a unique opportunity to engage with AWS customers on strategic opportunities, increase the growth of AWS APJ, and to establish AWS as their key cloud technology provider. • Maintain design consistency: Ensure proper use and maintenance of Figma components and adherence to the Design System.

• Create user aligned content: Collaborate with other teams to design EDMs, banners, and informational content that communicate effectively and align with UX principles of clarity, hierarchy, and user guidance.

• Align and advocate: articulate UX rationale in stakeholder friendly language

• Perform DQA: conduct systematic checks to verify that implemented screens maintain the integrity and intent of the original design.
