Role: Product Manager (UX/Product Designer & Procurement)

JD:

1. Product Design & User Research

● Deep-Dive Workflows: Analyze Singpass Incident Response (IR) workflows to design

intuitive dashboards, alert flows, and communication templates within the core IRM

platform to aggressively reduce Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR).

● UX/UI Strategy: Translate user feedback into tangible wireframes and functional product

requirements optimized for high-stress environments.

2. Framework Mastery & Training (Train-the-Trainer)

● IMAG Expertise: Undergo intensive training to become deeply well-versed in GovTech’s

Incident Management Assessment Guide (IMAG) framework.

● Knowledge Transfer: Act as the primary trainer, upskilling both the core Singpass team

and future onboarded users on the IMAG framework and the practical usage of the IRM

platform.

3. Procurement, Finance & Vendor Management

● Government Procurement: Partner closely with GovTech’s Finance Business Partners

to navigate and execute the procurement of enterprise platform licenses and associated

productivity tools.

● Vendor Operations: Lead coordination with the enterprise platform vendor support team

to advocate for new features, track deliverables, and monitor the resolution of security

vulnerabilities.

4. Stakeholder & Compliance Management

● Roadmap Alignment: Act as the central bridge between Singpass users, GovTech

leadership, and engineering teams to prioritize the product backlog.

● Security & Compliance: Ensure the platform rigorously adheres to GCC+ and GDC

security standards lifecycle.

Role Title: Senior Program Manager

About the role
Your primary goal is to ensure that our creative teams can deliver groundbreaking work that exceeds client expectations, within agreed budgets and timelines. You’ll create project proposals and partner with our clients to write clear creative briefs. You’ll manage budgets and timelines, gather creative feedback, and keep your teams informed. You’ll be a central point of contact for clients, and a key representative of our agency.
Our work ranges from large-scale websites to smaller microsites. We also do plenty of
email, social, and display ad campaigns, plus brand identity work (logo design and
naming). So, you should be comfortable with managing diverse types of creative
projects with multiple dependencies, ensuring that those projects are delivered
on-time and on-budget, and being a key point of client contact.
This specific role will be focused on leading a large scale CRM/ email program.

What you’ll be doing
● Collaborate closely with Factor account lead, creative leads, designers,writers, and other program managers.
● Schedule internal and client-facing meetings.

Qualifications
● 10+ years of experience in a related field
● Must have CRM experience on either the agency or client side. Bonus for managing design systems within comms or CRM ecosystems.
● Must have experience as a client-facing program manager at either an interactive creative agency or an in-house creative department for a well-respected brand.H
● Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines.
● An ability to accept (and thrive on) constant change: deliverables,timelines, budgets, and so forth.
● A multitasker who can successfully manage multiple projects ranging from small to very large in scope on current project schedules
● A highly detail-oriented professional who is able to stay on top of the smallest of details on all projects.

The UX & UI Experience Designer and Tester will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences for AI and digital transformation initiatives.

Working closely with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams, this role ensures that user needs are translated into effective design solutions and UI solutions, and validates these solutions through usability testing, feedback and iterative refinement.

The designer will support both conceptual and detailed design efforts, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs, while playing a critical role in ensuring solution usability, visual consistency and adoption.

1. User Research and Experience Design

1. Conduct user research, interviews, and contextual inquiries to understand user needs, behaviours, pain points and understand AI product needs.
2. Create user personas, journey maps, and experience flows to inform solution design.
3. Translate business and functional requirements into interaction models, wireframes, user task flows, screen designs, prototypes and UI details that promote ease of use and optimize the user experience to support usability and user-centered design.
