You will be expected to play an important role in ensuring good quality, timely delivery of the system solutions with primary assignment of planning, organizing and implementing the team’s technical projects.
- Coordinate production releases and roll-outs.
- Delegate tasks to the necessary project team members.
- Present projects' progress and results. Project status reporting with risk/issue mitigation strategy.
- Maintains the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans.
- Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user and system departments.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Organize as required projects meetings, follow-up and minutes taking, newsletter, and other administrative tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.
- Manage and resolve issues happened from business requirement or systems solutions.
- Assisting Project Lead for other ad-hoc tasks.
- Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Transaction Banking (Cash/Payment) domain (e.g. CMS, Cross-border payment, Local payment in Indonesia, Philippine, Vietnam, Thailand etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5years of IT project management experience
- PMP or Project Management Certifications is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams
- Great social skills
- Result-orientated mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
