• Follow cleanroom protocols and safety guidelines where applicable.
• Assist in maintaining an organized stock of tools and components.
• Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest improvements to maintenance procedures.
• Participate in system upgrades, retrofits, and project support as required.

More about you:

• High school diploma or technical certification required.
• Ability to work at height using ladders mobile platforms and safety harness
• Associate degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred.
• Work at height certified
• 1–3 years of experience working with automation equipment or AMHS systems in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in Standard or swing shift
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, or on-call as needed.
• Experience with systems such as Daifuku, Muratec, or similar AMHS vendors.
• Familiarity with cleanroom protocols (for semiconductor fabs).
• Basic understanding of SECS/GEM interactions.

Job Scope:

• Provide good administrative and operation support in HR operations and ensure good standards of delivery of HR service
• Handle HR queries and requests in a responsive and timely manner, including drafting of correspondences
• Assist in case management, including fact-finding, evaluation and providing recommendations
• Assist and work with stakeholders in HR administration of various employee groups
• Maintain, track and update HR data records and analyse data for reporting

Requirements:

• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in HR or general administration.
• A team player who is resourceful and meticulous with good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using IT systems

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday - from 8.30am to 6pm, Friday - from 8.30am to 5.30pm (Not required to work on public holidays)

Contract Period: 6 months (Estimated: 1 July 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)
