Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise daily upgrading and construction works to ensure quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
2. Monitor site safety, housekeeping, and project progress.
3. Conduct inspections and ensure defects are rectified promptly.
4. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities on site matters.
5. Attend to residents' enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
6. Conduct condition surveys, unit inspections, and handover of completed works to residents.
7. Maintain site records, reports, and project documentation.
8. Monitor project schedules and highlight any delays or site issues.
9. Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
10. Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Consultant.
Requirement:
- Registered RTO (Resident Technical Officer) certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supervision of Civil & Structural (C&S) or Architectural works
- Preferably experienced in HDB Home Improvement Programme (HIP) projects
