A Day in the Life:

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data platform roles

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and data modeling

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric / Azure Data Platform is preferred

• Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or similar) is a plus

• Experience in data governance tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview) is advantageous

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

The Team

The APAC Marketing Strategy team sets the regional marketing and brand direction, partnering with product, channel, and country teams to align with company goals. We surface customer insights through research and data analytics, and drive marketing planning and performance across the region. Team members are based in Melbourne, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur. This role sits within the Market Data & Customer Analytics focus area, supporting markets across APAC.

The Role

Part of SEEK's recognised analytics function (2023 Centre of Business Analytics semi-finalist), this role delivers customer-focused analytics and contributes to key strategic initiatives. We're looking for a structured thinker with solid experience in customer analytics and marketing channels who can turn insight into action across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Insight generation — Analyse data to uncover actionable insights on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer behaviour.
• Data pipelines — Build and maintain data models, ETL pipelines, and semantic layers to support reporting and self-service analytics.

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Senior Business Analyst to join their OpEx team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily assessible.

Responsibilities Senior Business Analyst:

• Support operational performance by tracking KPIs, analyzing trends, and identifying performance gaps
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions and improve overall efficiency
• Identify opportunities to digitalize and automate processes across operations
• Design and develop solutions using low-code tools, automation platforms, or programming
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation, compliance, and user adoption
• Monitor post-implementation performance and continuously refine solutions
• Analyze workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce manual work

Requirements:

• Degree in related study
• 2 - 3 years of experience in business analysis or process improvement
• Proficient in automation tools such as PowerBI, Tableau and VBA
• Good communication and presentation skills
