The job role

This role is full time permanent position managerial role within the Finance Department.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. Team Development & Operational Excellence 

• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and manage APAC-based recruiters, building a high-performing regional team aligned to central TA standards 

• Set and reinforce recruiting standards, expectations, and best practices across the APAC region 

• Act as a visible leader within the region, modeling strong stakeholder partnership, candidate experience, and operational rigor 

• Drive efficiencies through resource deployment, process improvement, and the application of AI and automation 

Enterprise & Central TA Contribution 

• Contribute to the design and execution of global and segment-level recruiting strategy in partnership with Talent Acquisition Leadership 

• Develop proactive talent pipelines in priority APAC markets aligned to near-term hiring needs and long-term business growth 

• Support broader central TA initiatives, tools, and capability-building efforts 

• Manage relationships with senior-level stakeholders across the region and globally 

• Any other recruiting or projects as determined by the VP, Global Recruitment, Media & Commerce and/or Chief Recruiting Officer 

Qualifications 

• 15+ years of progressive recruiting experience within media, commerce, marketing, or agency environments, with significant experience in APAC markets 

• Proven experience leading and managing a recruiting team, including setting direction, developing talent, and driving accountability for outcomes 

• Demonstrated success serving as a senior recruiting partner to executive leaders, with accountability for regional hiring outcomes 

• Ability to balance team leadership, strategic advisory, and hands-on recruiting execution as the region requires 

• Experience owning recruiting delivery across multiple markets or business units, with the ability to flex resources across competing priorities 

• Strong understanding of agency operating models, role architecture, and capability needs within Advertising Services 

• Deep knowledge of APAC talent markets, including regional compensation dynamics, candidate supply, and competitive landscape 

• Experience working in matrixed, multi-brand, or global organizations with cross-regional collaboration 

• Ability to translate market and talent intelligence into clear, actionable guidance for leaders 

• Hands-on experience with ATS and recruiting technologies; iCIMS preferred

Job Description

We are seeking a HR Executive (Recruitment & Talent Acquisition) to support recruitment activities with a strong focus on candidate sourcing, screening, and talent pipeline development. This role is suitable for candidates with recruitment agency experience who are looking to transition into an in‑house HR role, with exposure to recruitment projects and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job portals, and direct outreach
• Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable candidates
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication with HR Operations support
• Liaise with recruitment agencies and manage candidate submissions
• Conduct salary benchmarking and provide market insights to support hiring decisions
• Draft and post job advertisements and support employer branding
• Support HR projects and systems initiatives (e.g. testing, documentation, data validation)
• Provide ad hoc HR support as required to support team operations

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably from a recruitment agency
• Hands‑on experience in candidate sourcing and screening
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in recruitment for construction industry

Salary Range

SGD 3,000 – 3,500 per month (Commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
