Qualifications

• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience in security, networking, IT infrastructure, or electrical products will be advantageous (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

The Role: HR Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to handle core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll support, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Post job ads, screen candidates, coordinate interviews
• Prepare employment contracts and manage new hire onboarding

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records (leave, claims, medical)
• Process monthly payroll and work pass applications (Singapore)

Employee Engagement

• Assist in organizing team events and engagement activities

Performance & Training Support

What We're Looking For

Experience & Education

Skills & Competencies
