1. Position Summary

The Junior Site Engineer will support day-to-day site operations for construction and semiconductor facility projects. This role involves coordinating subcontractors, conducting on-site inspections, preparing reports, and ensuring that works comply with project specifications, safety requirements, and schedule.

Responsibility

• Oversee engineering activities related to the operation, functionality, and performance of equipment to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of newly installed equipment for installation and modernization projects.
• Plan, schedule, and assign work tasks to team members while supporting their training, guidance, and performance development.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and technical issues, ensuring safe practices, minimal downtime, and effective resolution.
• Investigate technical failures, implement improvement measures, and recommend solutions to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
• Maintain proper monitoring, documentation, and calibration of instruments, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and workplace safety requirements.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or related field
• No prior experiences are welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
